If, within 30 days of purchase, you notice a significant decrease or disappearance of the provided engagement (e.g., removal of likes or views), we commit to restoring the promised engagement at no additional cost. If we are unable to restore this engagement within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

3. Refund Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund request under the 30-day guarantee, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Provide reasonable proof of the decrease or disappearance of engagement (screenshots, links, etc.).

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
